RETURN POLICY
All return for exchange unit must be in original condition and include all accessories. Globalscale Technologies reserves the right to deny any return or exchange and may request identification as a condition of your return or exchange.
Your Original Receipt is required for all exchanges.
To begin the exchange process, you must obtain a Return Material Authorization”RMA” from our customer Service. No exchange will be process without “RMA”. Please remove all personal data from exchanged product. Globalscale Technologies is not responsible for any personal data left in or on a exchanged product.
Limited Warranty
Your Globalscale Technologies product (the “Product”) is warranted by Globalscale Technologies to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one month from the date of shipment (the “Warranty Period”). Globalscale Technologies at its option will either repair or replace the product only the product is return during the Warranty Period in accordance with Globalscale Technologies Return Policy.
